The diagnoses is completed within approx 30mins. This may or may not involve fitting parts. If we have the stock on our vans we will complete your job within the hour. If parts require ordering, we will attend for a second visit on a different day.
Payment of the callout/labour is payable to the engineer on completion of his first visit. If we need to re-attend with parts, you only pay for parts on the second visit. Payments taken via Card, Cash, Cheque or bacs/invoice. We don’t accept Amex.
